    In the High Court of Justice - Probate, Divorce and Admiralty Division (Probate)
    To Ellen Naoimi Welbelove formerly of 3 Railway Cottages, Claygate, Surrey, but whose present whereabouts is unknown, the natural mother of Sidney (otherwise Sidney Charles) Welbelove, late of 6 San Remo Parade, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, deceased, who died in active service on 5th March 1943.
    Take notice that a citation has been issued under Seal of the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice citing you within eight days after publication hereof to enter an appearance in the said Principal Probate Registry at Somerset House, Strand, London and accept, or refuse, letters of administration of the said estate or show cause why letters of administration thereof should not be granted to the Treasury Solicitor for the use of His Majesty.

    All persons having claims against the estate of Thomas Stanley Wellbeloved late of 180 Brockley Road, Brockley in the County of London, where he carried on business in partnership under the style of "A. Wellbeloved," and and Kemsing in the County of Kent, Butcher, who died on the 6th day of June 1942 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the executors, Trustee Department Barclays Bank Limited, 37 King William Street, London E.C.4, or to the undersigned on or before the 23rd day of November 1942 after which date the executors will proceed to ditribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified. 12 Sep 1942.
